WADA's 17th Annual Symposium: Case Study

Kuoni Tumlare Congress, with its vast experience in organizing congresses across various industries, was selected as the Professional Congress Organizer for the 17th WADA Symposium. To address the challenge of participant selection, a custom registration portal was developed, simplifying the process.

The symposium adopted a hybrid format, ensuring a unique, inclusive experience for all. The team ensured a seamless experience for both in-person and virtual attendees, managing the registration process and supporting communication through a mobile app. Live translation in French and Spanish were provided for plenary and parallel sessions.
